From the very beginning, we have been all about fitness. Even before the equipment and everything else here at Scottsdale Boxing Club, we were training. Our goal was to get fit and stay fit. We hold boot camps and special fitness training sessions for all ages and all levels.

Our fitness training is designed to energize you. The kind of energy that stays with you all day. Exercise should be fun and your results should always leave you invigorated, not tired.

Personal Training

If you’re not into group classes, let’s go with personal training. Our trainers will work out a full regimen for you that gets you in shape and will help you with nutrition to keep you there. From fitness to boxing training, you will love the individual attention and instruction you will receive.
